When you join colowin, you enter into an agreement with us to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable law. These terms set out what we expect from you, what you can expect from us, and how we handle disputes, account security, and withdrawal requests. We operate live-dealer tables, sportsbook betting, slot games, and esports markets across multiple jurisdictions, and these terms apply uniformly to all services.
Our policy covers account creation, deposit and withdrawal mechanics, bonus terms (where applicable), user conduct, and dispute resolution. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Deposit processing times vary: digital wallets typically clear within minutes; bank transfers within one business day. Withdrawals return funds to your original deposit method. You request a withdrawal through your account dashboard; we process valid requests subject to standard anti-money-laundering verification windows. We do not guarantee "instant" or "within minutes" withdrawal times—delays may occur due to bank processing, payment provider limits, or our compliance checks. Withdrawal requests are typically handled within one to three business days, but this is not a guarantee. Live-Dealer Gaming & Settlement

Sportsbook Betting & Fixture Settlement

If a match is postponed, abandoned, or the result is disputed by the league itself, we wait for official clarification. Markets may be suspended temporarily pending league decision. We do not accept liability for league postponements, cancellations, or controversial decisions made by match officials.
If a market closes with an ambiguous outcome (e.g., final score contested by both teams), we settle based on official league communication within 72 hours of the match. If the league does not clarify within 72 hours, we settle based on the most widely reported outcome. Bettors can dispute settlements by contacting our support team with evidence within 30 days of settlement.
Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers
Where colowin offers promotional bonuses (e.g., a new-player welcome offer), we communicate specific terms in promotional materials at the time of offer. Bonuses may carry wagering requirements, minimum odds, or game-type restrictions. Bonuses are typically non-cashable—you use them to generate winnings, then withdraw cash winnings. Unused bonuses expire per the promotional terms (typically 7–30 days after issuance). We do not carry-forward expired bonuses or refund their value.
Abuse of bonus systems—such as depositing to claim a bonus then immediately withdrawing before meeting wagering requirements—may result in bonus forfeiture or account suspension. We reserve the right to adjust or revoke promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
User Conduct & Platform Rules
You agree to use colowin in compliance with applicable law and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes: fraud or misrepresentation of identity; collusion or advantage-play schemes (on poker tables or live-dealer games); abuse of other players or dealers; automated betting tools or scripts; and circumventing geographic access restrictions.
We monitor accounts for suspicious patterns and may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct. Suspected money-laundering activity is reported to relevant authorities. We do not provide refunds for accounts suspended due to rule violations. If you believe your suspension was in error, contact our support team with details; we will review within two business days.

If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, we escalate it internally to our management team for review.
We make no binding arbitration or alternative dispute-resolution claims in these terms. Disputes arising from colowin's services are subject to the laws and courts of the jurisdiction in which you reside, provided that jurisdiction accepts online gaming cases. You agree not to pursue class-action or collective claims against colowin. Claims must be filed individually.
Jurisdiction & Service Availability
colowin operates in multiple jurisdictions under different regulatory frameworks. We may offer different games, payment methods, or features to users in different regions based on local law. Some markets—such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang—have specific regional preferences for payment methods (QRIS, e-wallet) that we support. Other regions may have stricter restrictions on gaming products or tournament betting (Piala Indonesia, Liga 1).
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate service to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is subsequently prohibited. If your jurisdiction changes its laws, we may suspend your account pending clarification. You remain responsible for compliance with local law; we are not liable for restrictions you face due to your jurisdiction.
Amendments to Terms
We may amend these terms at any time by publishing updated terms on this page and notifying registered users via email. Continued use of colowin after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and request a withdrawal of your balance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, colowin's liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our platform is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity or profit. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; downtime due to maintenance, security issues, or force majeure is not compensable.
